Yes! We could be your go-to option for HVAC repairs through your home warranty. When you have an HVAC issue, call your home warranty provider and ask for BAM Heating & Cooling by name! Or, give us a call, and we’ll help guide you through the process.
There is a $75 service call fee to have one of our HVAC technicians come out to your home or business. They will diagnose/troubleshoot your system. This "trip charge" does not include any parts or materials that may be needed to repair your system.
You will receive a written estimate that lists the services being provided. This includes the work needed to install or replace your system and cost of materials. A basic timeline will be provided before we begin.
Standard 1 inch filters should be changed every 3 months.
4-5 inch filters should be changed every 6 months.
Regular maintenance is key to a long lasting and efficient HVAC system. We recommend having your systems serviced right before each cooling and heating season starts.
